Sandra Melissa Saucedo is an artist, photographer, and art historian. Art is an autonomous entity in her philosophy. There is a paramount importance to finding the cultural and contextual significance in the details of life. Saucedo has a background in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She continues to pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Transpersonal Art Therapy. There is an intention and meaning in humans and she aspires to combine her appreciation for creation and skillfully use art in the therapeutic relationship.
